After Nonno, our Father arrived. Meticulous care and sweat. The olive grove grew vigorously. His hands, our strength. For years, that work remained silent. Over time, we understood that this heritage deserved more than simple continuity—a project capable of transcending generations.

Colle Bagnoli EVOO is born here, among the historic stone terraces of the Ausoni Mountains. A proud and challenging land, dominated by a rugged nature
and from a white, chalky rock that forces the olive trees to struggle to sink their roots, thus concentrating an inimitable character and minerality in their fruits.
Each plant is reached on foot, every olive picked by hand, as handed down from generation to generation. This is what has always been called heroic olive growing, not by choice, but because here the land allows for nothing else. And it is precisely from this toil that the quality we seek is born.
Some stories aren't chosen, they're inherited. Mine begins with my grandfather Ernesto, continues with my father, and comes all the way to me. The decision to create Colle Bagnoli arose from a strong, almost visceral drive.
This project represents how to bring into the world what my family, the countryside, and Sonnino have taught me, with the same respect with which it was handed down to me.
