Riserva Colle Bagnoli originates from a single olive grove: the one planted by Grandpa Ernesto in 1948, when there was only stone there. 100% Itrana monocultivar, hand-harvested in October and pressed within hours to preserve aromas and polyphenols.

The bottle is made of opaque, petrol blue painted glass, with a wooden cap and a dispensing system. The label is Tintoretto Gesso paper with gold and copper foil. Limited edition: each vintage yields only what that land can give.

Born from a single land

La Riserva comes from the olive grove that Grandpa Ernesto planted in 1948, when there was only stone there: from that first land, the one that saw everything begin. Each vintage yields what that land can give, and not a liter more.

The Project

An object worthy of a place in your home even when empty

We designed the Riserva starting from an uncomfortable question: what remains of this bottle the day it's empty? If the answer is "a glass to throw away," then the project is wrong.
From there, everything else was born: the color, the weight, the way the cap closes. No detail is decorative. Each has a reason, and almost always it's a practical reason before an aesthetic one.

The label

The Sun Rising from the Hills

Tell of a precise dawn: the one that accompanies the harvest every autumn morning. The form is organic, like the profile of a ridge seen from a distance. The paper is Tintoretto Gesso, tactile under the fingers even before it is legible to the eyes. The copper and gold foils are not an ornament: they are the light that illuminates the freshly picked olives in October. Whoever holds it first encounters the reliefs, a branch, a path, a circle of earth, and only then the words.

The glass

Petrol blue, like our evenings

The glass is painted opaque, in that deep blue seen in Sonnino for only a few minutes, when the sky above the olive trees darkens before nightfall. It's the color we chose for the brand, and it's also the most practical choice we could have made: dark glass keeps light out, and light is the primary enemy of a vibrant oil. The lines are clean, inspired by old apothecary bottles, which have always held precious things.
